’15 Grand Caravan Replace Rusted and Leaking Flex Pipe

I was quoted $1000 for this job! No thanks! I did it at home for much much less.

Stuff I bought:

• Walker 54902 Direct Fit Exhaust Resonator and Pipe Assembly
• Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Chisel
• Exhaust Chisel Set (no longer see the OEMTools set, but this one is solid)
• 2 1/2″ Stainless Exhaust Clamps
• Pipe expander
• If you dont have one, buy a sawzall and some good metal cutting blades. Here’s a cheap one that will do the job well
• Rhino Ramps, they are big and bulk and usually available locally
